Job Description:

  • Seeking new partnership opportunities and new channels in assigned regions.
  • Networking within the field to gain resourceful insights and promote the business.
  • Play a leading role in planning for international relations and partnership activities.
  • Supporting international students’ recruitment and a range of other business objectives.
  • Managing web and social media marketing
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Analyse the market data & competitors.
  • Develop business development strategies
  • Develop & Support internal management strategies & processes.
  • Overarching the strategy and delivering assigned targets includes, recruiting student online for pathways and English language provisions.
  • Implement and monitor dedicated marketing plans around student recruitment cycles.
  • To devise and continually improve high-quality internal and external information for the benefit of our consultancy.
  • To include the development of a range of marketing and other materials in liaison with the Head of Marketing and the Director.
  • To liaise with partner organisations in different countries and to identify and build opportunities for partnership activity.
  • To monitor and review the performance and value of international partnerships.

 Requirements:

  • MBA (Completed or Pursuing)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office & Social Media marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of basic management concepts.
  • Fast learner and passion for management.
  • Self – motivated with a results – driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations, Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Drive and the resilience to try new ideas, if the first one doesn’t work.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative approach to sharing ideas and finding solutions
  • You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager.

IT System Analyst-Intern

Were looking for an IT System Analyst Intern to support our IT systems.

Job Description:

  • Learn new skills and add value from day one

  • Be able to challenge yourself by using new tools & technologies with the mentorship of industry experts
  • Give presentations to the rest of the team and external stakeholders
  • Creating guidelines and manuals for the organisation.
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
  • Marinating and updating the companies’ websites and social media profiles regularly
  • Contacting stakeholders, clients and customers of the company and solving the IT issues.
  • Creating user accounts, resetting the login details and archiving the user accounts on the learning platform and administering the login credentials of all the IT systems used within the organisation.
  • Collaborating with technical staff, such as Developers or Programmers, to ensure that solutions are technically viable.
  • Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
  • Present proposals to clients
  • Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
  • Providing regular progress reports fortnightly/monthly to management
  • Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration
  • Plan and work flexibly to make sure deadlines are met.
  • Ensuring that implementation projects remain within agreed-upon budgets and time frames.

  • To work closely with the IT Technical staff to provide a consistent high-quality service to our staff and Clients.
  • Ensure the Supervisor is kept informed of ongoing or serious incidents, as well as identifying underlying patterns.
  • To co-ordinate work, jobs and project within the Team, with other Company Staff and external companies.
  • To own and participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution activities, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Seek ways to continually improve the support service to our users. Proactive and constantly seeking to learn and improve both yourself and the IT Support team as a whole.
  • To help improve the security of our systems and ensure that our users and data are protected
  • Further develop the Office365 implementation in the company, introduce features and help use the existing tools to improve the College.
  • Work with a variety of hardware and software to ensure a high standard of lesson delivery and efficient business processes.
  • To work closely with the supervisor on projects and applications that offer educational or business benefits and to assist with investigations into new technologies
  • To assist with identifying business inefficiency and working with staff to improve systems and processes.
  • To help provide ad-hoc and planned IT training for staff our systems.
